02. When The Order Will Be Shipped Out And How To Track Your Order?
Inventory orders will begin processing once Villsource has received your payment. Orders typically take 2-3 days to process and then ship.
For backordered orders, the package will be shipped after all items are ready, please refer to the delivery time information in the quotation result before payment.
Once the courier picks up your order, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
03. Change Shipping Address/Billing Address
If you need to change the address of your order, please contact us with the order number and your new address information.
If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that changing the shipping address will be successful. So please check the address information carefully before submitting your order online. If the package has already arrived in the destination country, you can try to contact the local courier company or post office to change the delivery address directly.

Changes to the shipping address may incur additional charges. All additional costs should be paid by the company.
04. Shipment Notifications
Kindly note that the delivery time can be influenced by extreme weather, post office delay, customs clearance, local protest, strikes, epidemics, and other force majeure factors. In this case, Villsource is incapable of guaranteeing 100% on-time delivery, but we will try our best to let you receive your package ASAP.
05. Customs, Duties, And Taxesh
The Incoterm for Villsource orders is EXW (Freight Collect). The customer shall pay any amount charged by the destination government or customs. This includes, but is not limited to: duties, taxes, and any additional charges imposed by the courier company. Villsource will not be responsible for any additional charges after the original package has been dispatched.
Because customs policies vary widely. Villsource could not say what the fee might be. Therefore, please contact your local customs or corresponding logistics company for more information.
Customs requirements vary widely from country to country. Please provide information on specific customs requirements as required when placing your order: Villsource will support you wherever possible.
If any customer refuses to pay the above charges, return shipping charges and any additional charges will be removed from the order value and any remaining funds will be refunded.

(1). Customs offices in some countries or regions require the importer to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, GST number, Business registration number, or Tax ID. If you have such a Tax number please provide it at the shipping address information for further shipping arrangements.
(2). Some countries/regions that require an identification number or ID picture or passport picture of the consignee, including countries: Taiwan(China), India, Brazil, Turkey, South Korea, Chile, Ecuador, Israel, Peru, Qatar, and South Africa, this also applies to cases on which logistics providers may require further verification of the recipient's name, Villsource customer service staff will contact you when needed.
(3). India:
All shipments to India require the consignee's KYC document (government-recognized proof of identity and address) to be presented to the customs when the goods are cleared. Upload KYC documents and authorization approval to www.dhlindia-kyc.com, otherwise import clearance cannot start.
For packages containing chips, Indian Customs will require a CHIMS Certificate of Registration. The Chip Import Monitoring System (CHIMS) requires importers to submit advance information on importation of items at www.imports.gov.in and obtain an automatic registration number by paying a registration fee. Importers must enter the registration number and registration expiry date on the entry form in order to clear the goods.

01. Return&Refund
(1)Within the agrees warranty days, we accept full return, refund, and replacement if our parts are tested to be refurbished.
(2)Necessary test reports, photos, or videos are requires to meet the company return process.
(3)Return package: It is not necessary to keep the original packaging, but packaging to be well protect the chips are highly required. Losses caused by packaging damage during the return process are borne by the buyer.
(4)Refund bank fee goes to Villsource Technology if agreed by both parties.
(5)Return shipping cost goes to Villsource Technology if agreed by both parties.
(6)Refund time: Within 2 weeks after return goods are well received.

01. Villsource Privacy Policy
(1) Goods must be genuine, by original equipment manufacturer, and be new original and unused, no refurbished, no fakes.
(2) Buyer understands that Seller is obtaining these part numbers and quantities specifically for Buyer.
(3) Full amount should be paid before delivery. Any delay without information in advance is not acceptable and will be recorded in Villsource TECHNOLOGY LTD ‘S Customer Profile System for future reference.
(4) If buyer canceled the order without reasonable reason in advance after confirmation, 30% of order amount is required as compensate for the Seller.
(5) 120 days warranty is provided by Villsource TECHNOLOGY LTD, counted from the date of receipt by Buyer, guarantees that parts work in accordance with MFG's Datasheet. 3 days visual inspection period for none-quality-complaint.
(6) A formal report which clearly states exact problem or full parameter is required for quality complaint. Reports provided by End-user will be acceptable. Villsource TECHNOLOGY LTD reserves rights to ask for any further test in an independent test facility which acknowledged by both parties. Without negotiation in advance, we will not pay any test fees.
